Jago TitComb is a 22 year old digital illustrator and a graduate of Falmouth College(UK), he creates almost exclusively in photo shop with a Wacom tablet. Again I was drawn to a piece that was not obviously created in a digital format,which is what this artist is going for. He'd rather have the audience not be sure how the art was created.
Much of his work is created to illustrate children s books. There is no message he is trying to convey outside of the books authors narrative so its not meant to stand on its own, but I think it could especially the picture above.
Only 22 and he is getting enough exposure for you to find him in the UK... one of the amazing things about the digital world we live in. In this piece, I don't see much evidence of using the Wacom as a drawing instrument... but perhaps he doesn't use a mouse....
