Week Three: Radial Design

This is the first of two projects for the week. The task was to use a letter to create a radial design.
After choosing a letter, multiplying it several more times and gradually rotating them to form a circle.
After the circle has been formed, duplicate the entire image it tilt it 30 degrees.
Then add a little variation.
I actually had a lot of fun with this project and I will definitely experiment with more fonts, letters, filters, etc. in the future to see what comes out of it. You can see examples with a "B" and a "C" at http://www.fotothing.com/slideshow.php?id=apab12d4

  1. Nicely done!

Thanks for the slideshow! I really enjoy seeing your work in that format... you sequence the work and have a nice progression as the slides proceed. I was glad to see more of the single dot exercise... you really got it!

  2. Great work Anthony. I like that you chose the letter A and rotated it in different directions to make a sun. Very creative!
