Week 4.... Javadre

2 comments:

  1. Javadre is from The Netherlands. His real name is Johan van Drevan and he has been an artist since 1998. As a youth he had no interest in art and worked odd jobs most of his life. In the late 90`s he found digital photography and that is where it began. He has a great love for surrealistic landscapes and was inspired by works of Dali and Miro. Until recently he worked exclusively in photoshop. His latest work is abstract with some figurative details. After experimenting a lot he now also works with paper, canvas, soft stone and styropor. The empty p.c. screen is his canvas. Working intuitively, sometime adding photographic elements, his creations develop on the screen.

  2. Did you know Terence, that you can post your commentary right in the same editing box that you placed the pictures? That way if people aren't clicking on comments they could read what you had to say... I like his pieces as they show an interesting sense of space and he understands the use of light...
